Annotatsiya

This article examines the technological aspects of lightweight concrete production and evaluates the effectiveness of porous aggregates obtained from industrial waste and local raw materials. Experimental studies were carried out using expanded clay, perlite, foam glass, agloporite, and vermiculite as aggregates. The influence of aggregate type on density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, and water absorption was determined. The results showed that concrete density decreases to 450–1200 kg/m³ depending on aggregate type, while compressive strength reaches classes B5–B25. The use of hydrophobic admixtures reduced water absorption from 18–25% to 9–12%. The study confirms the feasibility of producing energy-efficient and structurally reliable lightweight concrete based on local raw materials.
