The purpose of the study: to improve the tactics of diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis accompanied by chronic diffuse diseases of the liver.Materials and methods: The ban work is based on the analysis of 84 patients who were undergoing inpatient treatment in the 1st and 2nd surgical department of the Bukhara branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care during 2018-2022. Classification of age groups adopted at the 1962 Kyiv Symposium and regional workshop of the Bureau of the World Health Organization (Kiev, 1963) was used to divide patients by age. According to this classification, persons under the age of 18 are included in the group of children, between the ages of 18 and 29 are teenagers, between the ages of 30-44 are young, between the ages of 45-59 are middle-aged (adults), and between the ages of 60-74 past and 75-90 years old are included in the group of old people, and those over 90 years old are included in the group of long-lived people (V.V. Frol'kis, 1970).Conclusion: the acute inflammatory process in the pancreas complicates the functional state of the liver and leads to a decrease in metabolism and an increase in the pathological focus. It is worth noting that the early onset of the inflammatory process leads to the spread of the inflammatory process to the surrounding tissues and the presence of complicated pancreatitis and an increase in the atypical clinical manifestations of the disease.
