this article examines and compares the ways and sphere of formation of household vocabulary terminology in Uzbek and Russian languages. The comparative analysis gives an opportunity to study in depth and know the emergence of each terminology of household vocabulary and their meaning, i.e. the structure of the studied phenomena, to fully comprehend the peculiarities of Uzbek and Russian languages. The article analyzes and highlights similarities and differences in the process of formation of household vocabulary in Uzbek and Russian languages. The author of the article offers an in-depth look at the study and comparison of everyday vocabulary of the Uzbek language and culture, emphasizing its importance for the preservation and promotion of the lexical wealth of the country
