Education in higher educational institutions in the following years of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan a lot of freedom was given in organizing the process. This process is international of higher education institutions was consistent with the ideas of independent activity observed in the processes. This is a completely positive phenomenon however, work in higher education institutions with limited opportunities is not provided for in it some problems occur during Curriculum, program in some humanitarian higher education institutions there is not enough specialists who are able to compile, create textbooks and manuals. As a result, sciences the work of creating educational documents and educational literature for persons who do not have perfect training in it is submitted that in these works, certain irregularities are allowed in the matter of the content of science. This is "Uzbek "dialectology" can be seen in different interpretations in the Republic of Uzbekistan. that's right each higher education institution has the right to develop science, but this right must be coordinated implementation through scientific reasoning is a democratic method of creating educational content. Fanning from the official approval of the changes in the purpose, mission and content of the field everyone knows that it will be done later. In this regard, in higher education institutions the platform of "Uzbek dialectology" was developed for specialists and it is "Uzbek dialectology center" was approved.
