In this short presentation, we would like to share some thoughts about the vocabulary of thismeticulous scholar. During the Great Patriotic War, several small dictionaries of Russian-Tajik terms werepublished from the «Zufongoyo and Jahanpoyo» dictionary. The development of the socio-political and cultural life of the country made it possible to develop a complete Russian-Tajik dictionary «Zufongoyo andJahanpoyo». Because in those years, the Russian language deserved an extremely important position as alanguage of communication between peoples. Without knowing the Russian language, it was impossible notto perform tasks in government ofces. Learning and mastering the Russian language was a necessity of life.
