Methodology for improving the preparation of future Russian-language teachers for innovativepedagogical activities of the General Secondary Education School, rounding method of innovative activities,model of innovative activities, methodology for achieving the established maxad using optimal (most optimal)methods for short-term effectiveness of innovative activities, ways are provided. In order to have a sufcientlycomplete and objective idea of the professional-pedagogical activity of a teacher belonging to this category,it was recommended to build a suitable model for him.
