In the article, it is substantiated on the fact that the artistic speech is one of the forms of the national language that have linguistic, artistic and aesthetic functions in accordance with the socio-historical traditions. It has been analyzed that this speech is an important tool that shows the linguistic richness of the national language according to the amount and form, according to its content and meaning.
