It is known that the Oghuz dialects of the Uzbek language in the Khorezm dialectal zone are genetically related to the Oghuz group of Turkic languages. Accordingly, the Uzbek (Oghuz) and Turkmen languages in the dialectal zone have their own common features. The article talks about the interaction of the Uzbek and Turkmen languages in the Khorezm dialectal zone.
