The subject of research in this article is the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal qualification of digital property - digital online objects, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, etc. in Uzbekistan and abroad. Digital property is viewed through the prism of the concept of "asset" / "economic asset", fixed in domestic and foreign legislation and doctrine.
