The article focuses on the problems of cognitive dysfunction that develop against the background of diabetes. Modern ideas about the features of etiopathogenesis are presented, an important aspect of which is the optimal treatment methods in a therapeutic approach. Distributive changes in the blood vessels of patients with diabetes mellitus, impaired cognitive function after changes in cerebral circulatory status, impact on psychoemotional state and quality of life are assessed. The analysis included treatment outcomes of 708 patients divided into standardized groups, and statistical analyzes were performed on recipients of Curantil (dipyridamole) and other antiplatelet agents.
