Motor neuron disease (MND), according to world statistics, is a rare disease, the frequency of which ranges from 0.2-2.4 cases per 100,000 population. However, despite the relative rarity of this disease, its medical and social significance is extremely high: motor neuron disease is an incurable, disabling disease with a high frequency of damage to people of working age, which inevitably leads to death. The work presents a clinical case of the disease, reflecting the approaches to the correct diagnosis of patients on an evidence-based basis.
