Strokes are the most common vascular diseases of the brain, which in most cases ends in death or causes profound disability. Strokes are not only a medical problem, but also a social problem. The aim of our work was to study neuroimaging predictors of the prognosis of the rehabilitation of ischemic stroke. Any damage to the nervous system leads to the activation of neuroplasticity processes in various structures and at different levels of the entire system, and various rehabilitation methods contribute to a more significant restoration of the existing defect. Today, modern neuroimaging methods of MRI, CT, MSCT and functional MRI of the brain make it possible to visualize neuromorphological disorders of various brain lesions.
