Described frequency of occurrence risk factors and findings of relative risk development of stroke in native population of Khorezm region of Uzbekistan, suffering essential hypertension and cerebral stroke. High frequency of occurrence of anaemia between native population and its high relative risk allowed to authors consider that anaemia is one of the possible risk factors of cerebral strokes.
