Chronic cerebral ischemia has an extremely important medical and social significance. The article analyzes hemodynamic parameters during ultrasonic scanning of brachiocephalic arteries in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia, which allows early diagnosis of cerebral hemodynamic disorders leading to the development of cognitive disorders of vascular genesis and timely initiation of pathogenic treatment.
