This article analyzes the issues of developing domestic tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Domestic tourism is considered an important tool for the country's economic growth, improving the living standards of the population, preserving and promoting cultural heritage. The article examines the current state of domestic tourism and explores its opportunities in areas such as rural tourism, trips to historical cities, and natural recreation zones.
