He studies found that endogenous intoxication weighing the clinical condition of the sick children with acute stenosing laryngotracheitis also adversely affect the state of immunological reactivity. During the height of the disease and at different degrees of endogenous intoxication IgG production decreased by an average 1.4-2.2 times compared with healthy children. In addition, the concentration of serum immunoglobulin IgA and IgM were also significantly reduced depending on the degree of intoxication endogenous compared with the data of healthy children. Revealing that the phagocytic activity of neutrophils and absolute number of В lymphocytes in all degrees of endogenous intoxication significantly different from that of their healthy children downward.
