Objective of this research is the analysis and an estimation clinic-immunological features a current of a chronic tonsillitis at HIV-infected children depending on infection ways. It is shown, that HIV-infected children till 14 years with chronic tonsillitis makes 32 patients. From them at 17 patients the HIV -infection has developed in the perinatal period, at 15 sick of a parenteral way. On 15 patients with parenteral HIV-infected clinical symptoms and immunological indicators are most expressed. Sum uping. it is necessary to note that clinical symptoms and immunological indicators of chronic tonsillitis at HIV-infected children make high percent.
