Questioning of patients in city stomatologic policlinics No. 1. No. 3 in Tashkent, regional stomatologic policlinic Andijan and the central versatile poEclinics of the cities of Yangiyer and Yangibazar is carried out. From 1422 patients who filled in questionnaires we found out that was the main reason for refusal of treatment that patients didn't realize disease severity and possible consequences, them there were 60,5%. 15% of patients didn't believe in success of the offered treatment. The dissatisfaction with the previous treatment was called a cause of failure of 9,7% of patients. And duration and high cost of treatment was a cause of failure at 15,2% of patients.
