There was a comparative analyze of the results of the study of childr en’s caries in their teeth at the age of 3-6: in regions such as Almazar, MirzoUlugbek, Qibray(91 children), Zangiota kindergarten children. Total 935 children have been analyzed. By investigation high level of illness with caries was realized: a) most prevalence of caries are seen among children aged 5-6, at least among 3 years old children, b) According to the structure of caries lesions prevails molars, v) In depth, the average caries lesion prevails. The revealed structure intensity index in this group of children causes high neediness them dental aid and the need for development and implementation of health-prophylactic program for preschool children.
