The congenital cleft of the upper lip and palate occupies one of the leading places In the Structureof childhood morbidity and disability In all countries, representing a major medical and social problem. Complex Investigation of the problem ,pathogenettcally approved measures to correct damaged functional systems of the body, their complex use of the post-natal period of life, development of the principles ofsuccessive orthodontic and surgical treatment will successfully solve the problem of early rehabilitation of children with the congenital cleft of the upper lip and palate.
