Было обследовано 156 детей больных острым и хроническим герпетическим стоматитом. Учитывался анамнез, включающий наличие и частоту герпесвирусной инфекции в прошлом. На основании опроса родителей и изучения медицинской карты ребёнка детально исследовался анамнез жизни, в том числе учитывались имеющиеся и перенесённые заболевания. На основании детального анализа частоты фоновой соматической патологии, анамнеза и данных обследования детей установлено, что факторы, способствующие развитию ОК и обострению РГС можно разделить на следующие группы: неблагоприятный антенатальный анамнез, неблагоприятный перинатальный анамнез, частота соматической патологии; сочетанные заболевания различных органов и систем, неблагоприятный анамнез по герпес вирусной инфекции (ГВИ), а также факторы, провоцирующие донное конкретное обострение или рецидив. В формировании рецидивирующего герпетического стоматита ведущее значение имеют хронические заболевания, приводящие к несостоятельности иммунной и защитных систем организма. Частота рецидивов существенно увеличивается под воздействием провоцирующих факторов: частые ОРВИ, вредные привычки, травмы и обострения хронических заболеваний. Знание этиологии и патогенетических механизмов возникновения заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта позволяет осуществлять профилактические мероприятия, направленные на устранение факторов риска и причин развития патологии.
