The problem rejections of dental implants at different stages of the operation is successfully solved by creating on the surface of special bioactive coating formed by spraying elektroplasm. The main components of such a bioactive coating may sene as hydroxyapatite. tricalcium phosphate, bioglass, biositally. This article describes the current problems of development. production and application in clinical practice of modern biocompatible materials and coatings based on them Particular attention is paid intraosseous dental implants. which today is one of the most popular and well established methods to eliminate defects of dentition in partial and fully edentulous.
