В последнее десятилетие дентальная имплантация заняла прочное место в ряду основных стоматологических мероприятий. Основными направлениями исследования в дентальной имплантологии по мнению многих ученых, являются: изучение процессов остеоинтеграции; разработка методов оценки остеоинтеграции; расширение показаний к имплантологическому лечению; разраоотка зуиных имплантатов из новых ©несовместимых материалов;совершенствование методикимплантации с привлечением средств, улучшающих процесс остеоинтеграции [1,2,5,6.8.9.10]. Одним из наиболее важных критериев успешного и долговременного функционирования дентальных имплантатов и эффективности имплантации является жесткость их крепления, изменяющаяся в процессе остеоинтеграции в послеоперационном периоде и на последующих этапах функционирования [3,11]. Остеоинтеграция - это биологическое явление. означающее сращение неживого (металлического) элемента с живой тканью.
