Given article presents the author's innovative method of prosthetics relying on the gingival titanic Karapetyan K. L. This method empowers the physician's capabilities in providing orthopedic assistance to the patient. The structure is made of an inert titanium material and easy to use. The article represents clinical cases of effective use of the gum titanium background of Karapetyan K.L., and its step by step application is shown.
