Разработка интегральных характеристик, позволяющих адекватно оценить эффективность различных способов уранопластики у детей с врожденной расщелиной неба на основе объективных характеристиках звукопроизношения. Материал и методы: для решения поставленной задачи был использован массив клинических данных 45 детей в возрасте от 3 до 7 лет с диагнозом «Врожденная расщелина неба», прошедших реабилитацию в клинике детской челюстно-лицевой хирургии при ТГСИ. Звукопронз-ношение оценивали по показателям его акустического спектра. Результаты: эффективность полученной модели была апробирована в клинической практике у детей с врожденной расщелиной неба - пациентов клиники детской челюстно-лицевой хирургии. При этом модельные прогностические значения показали высокий уровень соответствия клиническим наблюдениям, который составил 95%. Выводы: оперативная и точная оценка степени врожденного дефекта на небе позволяет существенно повысить эффективность лечебного процесса, сократить сроки лечения и реабилитации больных с данной патологией.
