Diagnosis and treatment of injuries of the maxillofacial region in children remain relevant problems of traumatology. 327 case histories of the Department of Pediatric Maxillofacial Surgery at the TSDI Clinic for the period 2016-2018 were analyzed m order to study mandibular fractures in the structure of injuries of the maxillofacial region in children. The frequency and structure, treatment methods, as well as medical documentation of children with injuries of the maxillofacial region were studied.
