Анализ данных литературы показал, что в патогенезе некариозных поражений твердых тканей зубов определенную роль играет нарушение морфологической и химической структуры зубной эмали и дентина, которые приводит к снижению резистентности твердых тканей зубов Важное значение в развитии некариозных поражений твердых тканей зубов имеют соматические заболевания женщины во время беременности, особенно эндокринная патология, а также экологические, профессиональные, пищевые и социальные факторы.
