Как показывает анализ специальной литературы, лечение детей с врожденной расщелиной неба является одной из сложных задач восстановительной хирургии челюстно-лицевой области. Проблема заключается не только в исправлении анатомического недостатка, но и в полноценном восстановлении функции органа. В связи с этим разработка системы реабилитации, усовершенствование патогенетически обоснованных методов хирургического устранения недостаточности НГК. возникающей после первичной уранопластики, приобретает большое научное и практическое значение.
