The direct proportional dependence of the prevalence of dentoalveolar anomalies and deformities m children with different conditions of the musculoskeletal system on the severity of spinal column disorders was analyzed. It was minimal in physically healthy children and maximum in children with scoliosis. The risk is especially high in cases where the dentofacial anomaly is a consequence of a violation of posture. Therefore, the correct approach to the treatment of dentoalveolar anomalies in children is a comprehensive approach in which occlusion correction should be accompanied with orthopedic and speech therapy treatment.
