In this article, the main directions of the influence of digitalization of society on the development of constitutional law are analyzed. A comprehensive analysis of the right to privacy in the context of digitalization and the features of its constitutional and legal regulation. And also, the analysis of the regulatory framework and the specifics of the legal regulation of digitalization in foreign countries. The article analyzes and makes proposals to improve the legislation of Uzbekistan in the field of digital immunity.
