Annotatsiya

Approaches to improving the effectiveness of the initial stage of long-term training of an athlete are presented. To date, not all trainers pay due attention to the initial stage of training. In an effort to get record sports results, they forget about such important concepts as the health of the younger generation. Sometimes, neglecting the basic provisions of the initial stage of preparation. These mandatory provisions, in our opinion, include the wellness orientation and the principle of equal opportunities for training athletes.
