In this article, the problems of investigation of cybercrimes are analyzed. Some problems and shortcomings related to the activities of the investigation, investigator, inquirer, expert and cyberspecialist are described. In addition, the issues of prevention of cybercrimes, the mechanism of their commission, qualification requirements for investigators and cyberspecialists involved in the investigation of such crimes and their disclosure are described. The possible different options for conducting legal and family cases in the field of cybercrime are also considered. Especially, the inconsistency of the investigation process of cases that are being conducted on cybercrimes, namely, which are possible for the initiation of criminal cases, is discussed. The probable complexity of expert forensic conclusions, the development of scientific and theoretical aspects of private forensic techniques, as well as issues related to the training of specialists in this field. Such failures in legislation can lead to both private and public opposition to state authorities.
