In this article, the characteristics and concepts of “labor discipline”, “disciplinary misconduct”, “disciplinary responsibility” are considered. Their main signs and features are considered, as well as the types of disciplinary measures applied in the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The analysis of the legislation of some foreign countries in the field of their labor legislation is carried out. The law enforcement practice of disciplinary responsibility to the Labor Code of Uzbekistan has also been studied. Namely, in the field of law enforcement practice and provisions for possible sanctions from the employer. Provisions on possible disciplinary cases and procedures for bringing an employee to responsibility under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan are also being considered. Proposals on the possible need for amendments and additions to the current legislation in the field of employee disciplinary responsibility have also been workmen.
