This article discusses the issues of increasing the role of women in the republic in the socio-political life of society, raising issues of gender equality to the level of state policy, and implementing laws adopted in the republic for the purpose of comprehensive support for women. The conditions created for women of Uzbekistan to find their rightful place in society are noted. The article also analyzes the enormous contribution of women to building a democratic state.
