This article analyzes the International Cultural Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their role in the development of the country. The author highlighted the fact that these relations are organized on the basis of sources, especially within the framework of the organization of various spheres of culture, including art festivals, days of culture, artists visions, literature, scientific conferences and congresses, with the developed countries of the European Union Germany, Latvia, Bulgaria, Belgium. In the article, the materials of the National Archive of Uzbekistan were used effectively.
