In this article, in addition to traditional services in the Andijan and Fergana branches and post offices of the Uzbekistan Post, payment of utilities, telephone, electricity, property insurance, purchase of lottery tickets, sending by mail, receiving, and using e-mail. -mail, along with the ongoing work on the introduction of transport and information and communication technologies, shortcomings and problems in the field were identified in chronological order.
