This article reveals the source significance of documents related to the history of social and legal issues in our republic (1924-1941), stored in the National Archives of Uzbekistan, and scientifically analyzes a number of historical data. The study also provides information about the history of the liquidation by Soviet power in the Uzbek SSR of such social classes as bai, farm laborer, charikar and kulak (1924-1941) and the history of new social classes that arose as a result of the policy of mass collectivization. In addition, the social problems that arose in our republic as a result of women's removal of the veil and measures taken by the Soviet government were highlighted.
