In this article, we will discuss the construction of irrigation systems and structures of the Surkhan oasis and the fact that this process was carried out according to the orders of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Soviet of People's Commissars of the USSR issued on July 1945 and February 2, 1946. We can get information about the beginning of the period of construction of huge irrigation networks in Surkhandarya region.
