The article analyzes the traditions of mystical medicine, which was one of the main directions of traditional medicine in the Fergana region in the late 19th - early 20th centuries. Although the benefits of mystical medicine for the patient have not been scientifically proven, they still exist today. Among the people, "specialists who treat various diseases" with the names fortune teller, bakhshi, parikhan, duakhan, azaimkhan, tufchi, azizi, emchi, ilgir, alaschi and other names harmed the health of the population. There are about 5,000 tombs in the Fergana Valley, some of which are "specialized" for the treatment of various diseases.
