The article explains that the issue of family employment is one of the priority areas of state policy to improve the working conditions of women in rural areas, ensuring the well-being of families by involving them in entrepreneurial and economic activities. Also, proposals and recommendations were made regarding the feasibility of creating and developing modern industries, attracting women to the field of small business and private entrepreneurship, paying attention to the social protection of women, introducing it into modern models, increasing the literacy of women in the field of entrepreneurship, and conducting special studies on the employment system. women who are not employed in labor exchanges to create new jobs through the development of the household.
