The article highlights the creation of a legal framework for cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author analyzed the problem based on the available scientific literature, relying on archival data. The researcher also spoke about the attention paid by the government to the cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. During the years of independence, cooperation between the two countries has become a matter of radical reform. Relying on the legal framework of the industry, the system was reformed, and as a result, the system of cooperation was formed on the basis of completely new standards.
