During the years of independence, the issue of women, their rights, employment, entrepreneurship, business involvement has become increasingly important. This, in turn, is important in providing employment and improving the welfare of the population. In particular, the creation of opportunities for women to openly demonstrate their abilities in health, education, culture, science, social projects, self-government within the community will not only strengthen the position of women in society, but also create conditions for them to show their potential. In this regard, the role of the Association of Business Women of Uzbekistan "Businesswoman" is great. Social rights of women, support of their entrepreneurship and social initiative, assistance in ensuring access to financial and information resources through innovation, increase of economic knowledge through development of family business, various retraining for vocational retraining and employment of women The role of this association in the implementation of its programs is invaluable in the conditions created by the government.
