This article reflects the researcher's research on the forcible implementation of the policy of collectivization by the Soviet government in the Uzbek SSR, and the fact that mass "eavesdropping" turned into oppression and violence against the local population. It also analyzes the process of mass persecution and persecution of the self-sufficient, landowners, merchants and middle-class peasants, who make up a significant part of the population, on the basis of historical documents and sources.
