Annotatsiya

 This article describes the peculiarities of cultural life in the Emirate of Bukhara in the XIX - early XX centuries.  It is also interesting to learn about the rulers and their impact on socio-cultural life.  In particular, there are reports of changes in cultural life during the reign of Amir Haydar, the foundation property belonging to madrasahs, and the payment of allowances for teachers, imams, and students.  It has also been reported that Amir Muzaffar has granted some students an emirate pension, in addition to which the emir allocates a certain amount of money each year to schools and madrasahs, their teachers and students, a situation that continued until the end of the emirate.
