A special catalog of 1119 open star clusters (OSC) of our Galaxy has been compiled. The physical parameters such as mass, absolute magnitude, distance modulus, metallicity, age, spectral class and distance from the center of the Galaxy are distinguished in the catalog, unlike other catalogs OSC of our Galaxy. On the basis of statistical analysis some important empirical relationships between the basic physical parameters of the OSC have been found.
