The article examines the role and significance of halfs in wedding traditions in the Khorezm oasis, poetic symbols associated with the wedding ceremony. The scientific conclusion was made that the caliphate arose on the basis of the religious, family and everyday rituals of our ancient ancestors, improved over time, and its psychological, aesthetic and guiding functions corresponded to a certain period. The article also examines the art of female halfa performing local folklore in the Khorezm oasis, the art of sozi khalfa performing songs at weddings and parties, as well as the traditions of beshik tuyi (about a wedding in a cradle), sunnat tuyi. (wedding circumcision traditions).
