As a result of experimental immunological and microbiological studies of acute osteomyelitis in laboratory animals, changes in the central organs of the immune system - the thymus and bone marrow, as well as changes in the number of cells in the lymph nodes of the intestine and its antigenic stimulus were revealed, the intensity of quantitative changes in immune cells was also revealed. The results of the study are presented, the convenience of studying the degree of influence of experimental acute osteomyelitis on quantitative and qualitative indicators of the immune system of laboratory animals is proved, the results are recommended for the use of immunological analyses.
