This article provides comprehensive information about the measures developed for the comprehensive support of the older generation in Uzbekistan from the early days of Independence to the present day, and about the work carried out. Also, the role of the older generation in the education of the young generation, their work based on the principle of "Each older generation is a mentor to five young people", which was established as the most effective system for further improving the spiritual environment in the neighborhoods, was described. In writing the article, archival materials and information published in many books and press publications were studied and analyzed.
