The role of fatwas and their regulatory role in solving social and political issues in Muslim countries is enormous. In the study of Islam as a religious system, an important role is played by the study of the foundations of Islamic law, a systematized set of Muslim laws. The justification of legal norms by one or another religious belief is a common and fairly common phenomenon at all times.
