In this article, the place of crypto assets in the system of objects of civil rights and their turnover was considered. Also, a comparative analysis was carried out in foreign legislation regarding the determination of the place of crypto assets in the system of objects of civil rights and their turnover capacity. The problems of the civil circulation of cryptoassets in the Republic of Uzbekistan were clarified.
